Your buyers rate you more easily New

In the shop, the buyer finds their consignment purchases in their account (My account → My purchases & offers). As soon as you have shipped, the bell 🔔 reminds them to confirm receipt and rate you, in one click, without looking for the e-mail.
If receipt is confirmed automatically without a rating, the buyer gets an e-mail inviting them to rate you.
More reviews = more trust on your seller page: ship fast and pack well, good ratings will follow.

Your seller page is now right in the shop: your listings with photos and prices, the "Verified seller" badge, your level, your delivered sales, your rating and your buyers' reviews.
The "Sold by" link on each listing leads there: the buyer stays in the shop and sees everything you sell.
Share the link to your page (in your space, "See my public profile"): it's your own little shop.

In the shop, a buyer logged in to their account now has "My offers" in the "My account" menu, and a bell 🔔 with a red dot lights up as soon as you have replied.
They see your answer (accepted, counter-offer or refused) and can pay or accept your counter-offer in one click, without waiting for the e-mail: offer sales close faster.
The buyer also sees how much time you have left to reply: answer your offers quickly in "Offers received".

You can add a short video to your listing (MP4 or MOV, 10 to 60 seconds): when listing, or later with "Edit". Turn the card under the light to show the shine and condition: buyers buy more readily when they see the card move.
The video is checked with the listing, then shown in the shop next to the photos. The phone's GPS location is removed.
The "Make the seller an offer" button is now clearly visible on every listing, and the Consignment page reminds buyers that prices are negotiable: expect more offers.
When a buyer makes you an offer, a red counter appears next to "My account" and a banner at the top of your area reminds you, with a "Reply" button: you won't miss an offer again.

You can now list card lots: choose "Card lot", enter the number of cards, the set (or "several sets") and the condition.
Show the whole lot in your photos: buyers must see what they are buying.
The 4 most expensive consignment items are now featured on the shop's home page.
The shop's promo codes and discounts do not apply to consignment items: your price stays your price.

On the shop's Consignment page, a "Seller area · Log in" button takes you straight to your area: no need to keep the link aside.
Shipping reminder: if a buyer takes several of your items in the same order, they pay shipping once and you receive it once (split across your sales of that order). Send everything in the same parcel.
When there is something new, a red dot appears on "Info & updates" and a banner shows in your area until you have read it.

When a buyer makes you an offer, you can now propose another price instead of just accepting or declining.
In "Offers received", click "Counter-offer", enter your price (between the offer and your listed price) and send it.
The buyer gets an e-mail and accepts or declines in one click. If they accept, the item is reserved for them and they get the payment link.
You are notified of their answer by e-mail. Without an answer in time, the counter-offer expires and the item stays on sale.

Buyers can now make you an offer directly from your item's page in the shop.
You get an e-mail and accept or decline in your seller area, under "Offers received". Without an answer, the offer expires on its own.
If you accept, the item is reserved for the buyer, who gets a payment link. Your commission is calculated on the offer price.
Offers that are too low (below the shop's minimum) are declined automatically, so you are not bothered for nothing.

For items worth 100.- or more, a tracking number is now required to mark the sale as shipped. Send them registered or as a tracked parcel: it protects you if a buyer says it never arrived.
New "Consignment" badge on your items in the shop: your username, rating and number of sales, with a link to your profile.
Grouped payouts: the shop now pays all sellers at once by bank transfer.
In "My payment details", enter the account holder's name (as at the bank) so the transfer arrives without problems.

As soon as one of your items is sold, it disappears from the shop (no more "sold out" shown).
If the sale is cancelled or refunded, the item comes back online automatically.

The shipping fee paid by the buyer (excluding tax) is added to your earnings, also for past sales.
IBAN and TWINT number are required to list items: they are only used to pay you, buyers never see them.

The listing form guides you: set, number, rarity, finish, language, condition and grading.
All listings have the same clear format in the shop, which helps buyers find your cards.
Every set since 2010 is in the list, and you can edit or reorder the photos of a listing.

In your seller area you see the buyer's name and delivery address, ready to copy onto the envelope.
For everyone's privacy, the buyer's e-mail and phone number are never shared with sellers.

You get an e-mail reminder if a sale has not been shipped before the deadline.
When the buyer paid for the "tracked" option, it is clearly shown in the sale e-mail and in your area.
2 photos are now enough to list an item (instead of 3).
Stronger security: better protected passwords, monitored logins, protection against repeated attempts.
